Dale Howard will present Tips and Tricks for More Accurate Scheduling in Microsoft Project
Without an accurate schedule, you cannot effectively manage a project using Microsoft Project. However, many users are not aware of the proper methods that must be followed to develop an accurate project schedule. In this webinar presentation, Dale Howard will show you the important techniques you need to know to create an accurate project schedule in Microsoft Project, including techniques such as how to create meaningful calendars, how to effectively use constraints and Deadline dates, and how to properly assign resources to tasks.
Dale Howard, MVP, Director of Education at Sensei Project Solutions is a seasoned training professional who is approaching 30 years of technical training experience. He has taught students how to effectively use every version of Microsoft Project beginning with version 4.0 for Windows 95 and every version of the Microsoft EPM tool beginning with Project Central in the year 2000. Dale has possessed the coveted Project MVP title for 15 years and is currently one of only 59 Project MVPs in the entire world. He is the co-author of 21 books on Microsoft Project, Project Server, and Project Online. Dale is known for high-energy, highly interactive style of presenting and teaching.
