Kevin Lavering is a Program Director, who leads complex utility programs and helps connect strategy, delivery, and people leadership. He is also an instructor, conference speaker, and author of Core Humility – A Story of Leadership Authenticity.

Amber McMillan

Adjunct Professor / PMI Region 7 Mentor

Amber, also known as The Feisty PM, is an Impact Coach, Executive Educator, and PM Thought Leader specializing in impact and interest-holder and communication management. A diversely skilled professional with over 30 years of experience in both profit and not-for-profit environments, Amber is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jason Yager

Founder & CEO Quantum Photonics Ventures

Jason is an experienced leader with a background in industry, academia, and nonprofits, Jason earned a Master’s degree in Physics from Montana State University. Currently, he serves as the executive director of the Montana Photonics & Quantum Alliance, which is dedicated to advancing the Photonics and Quantum Ecosystem in Montana.

Butte History Mine Tour:  Montana Tech acquired ownership of a parcel of land immediately west of the campus, which included an old silver mine called the Orphan Boy Mine.

The UMEC (Underground Mine Education Center) is a unique hands-on, interdisciplinary educational environment for today’s students. The center complements courses in mining engineering, geological engineering, environmental engineering, metallurgical

Metals Sports Bar and Grill:

Join us for a networking social in uptown Butte at The Metals Sports Bar and Grill.  This unique venue is located on the first floor of the historic Metals Banc Building. 

The restaurant features the orginal bank vault and the original marble teller counters in the center.  The building was designed by the nationally renowed architect Cass Gilbert in 1906.

This will also include "Meet the Board & PMI Volunteers session.
